Boutiques and deploy his experience in identifying new opportunities, developing the existing ones,
expand Genovic technology and infrastructure.

Managing Partner - Sales & Marketing
Based in Jeddah since 2011, and prior to that in Dubai since 2003, with 17 years of full time hospitality
dedicated work experience covering the entire Middle East Region, Saeed is a talented, passionate,
well-rounded sales expert, who started his career in Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina,
and then moved to Jeddah with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide for 6 years to become the
Global Account Director for the Global Sales Office based in KSA, and took over the Director of Sales
role for KSA with Claviger Middle East.To enhance the hospitality learning experience and conform to the best practices with hotel and
lodging industry, Saeed has taken a variety of very impressive hospitality education, training and
hotel management certifications.
In his role with Genovic Boutiques Saeed will take over the Managing Partner Sales & Marketing
leadership role and look after the sales strategy for our preferred partner hotels through identifying
new channels, developing the existing ones, expanding and strengthening our reach to the VIP and
HNWI leisure travelers, government and key corporate accounts and the travel trade network.
Managing Partner - Business Development
Shady Ghoneem has spent the last two decades in the hospitality industry, and has worked with
the likes of The Langham London, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Raffles,
Jumeirah Group, Hyatt International & Intercontinental Hotel Group, With a strong appreciation of
both hotel operations, and corporate group management, Ghoneem will now oversee a portfolio
that covers Europe, Indian Ocean, Americas and utilize his experience in increasing the company
value as well as expanding the portfolio globally by taking over the Managing Partner-Business
Development leadership role at Genovic Boutiques.
Rawan is a graphic designer, graduated from GUC (German University in Cairo) faculty of Applied
Arts & Scienes. She has experience working in the hospitality field through her work in a printhouse
and design agency that had international clients like Steigenberger and Jaz Group, she started
working with us as a freelance graphic designer in early 2021.

United Arab Emirates and Cluster Reservations Supervisor at Hilton Worldwide Office in Dubai.

Paola Rossi has over 25 years of experience in the luxury travel agency. She has taken many
roles such as Managing Director, Luxury Travel Designer, Sales Manager and more, in multiple
distinguished Italian companies. With offices around Rome and Venice, she contracted and sold
-5star hotel groups, renowned cruise lines, boutique properties, as well as private villas to high-end
travelers from all around Italy. Known amongst her clients for having an uncanny sixth sense when
